How much does a Rewards Card cost and how long do they last?
Rewards cards are $29 each or 2 for $40, they last one year from date of purchase. Visitor Cards are $10 and last for one month. 

What if a shop or business I like isn’t using West Coast Rewards?
Ask them if they have heard about us! It’s free for businesses to take part and they may be interested in the added exposure Find It/West Coast Rewards can offer their business.

Where can I get a Rewards Card?
Rewards cards are available at Heritage Jewellers Westport, Greymouth Showcase Jewellers, Addison’s Clothing Hokitika or purchase them here on the website. 


How does a business become a Find It or West Coast Rewards member?
Just click the ‘List Your Business’ button found on the home page or Find It page to create an account and complete your business listing for the directory. Once your listing has been approved by the administrator you will be able to view your business. If you have any further questions, please contact us for assistance.

How much does it cost?
It’s free if you offer a reward for card holders, otherwise just $5 per month for a website listing.

Who can join Find It & West Coast Rewards?
Any West Coast based business or organisation can become a member or create a listing. Local non-profit organisations can also get a free listing.

Can I update the details on my page?
Yes you can. When you register you create a username & password so you can go in and change your opening hours or any other details quickly and easily.

What if I’m already using a loyalty system?
West Coast Rewards is designed to be flexible and you can use the Rewards Card however you choose to look after your loyal customers. You can change your offer anytime and use the card in your own promotions. 

What if I want to change or cancel my membership?
You can change or cancel your membership at any stage, just get in touch with us.
